OUR HISTORY

While we officially became an organization in January 2019, the support group that started it all was formed in 2015 by the mom of a boy with Autism. What started out as one small support group has now grown to a monthly support group meetings and quarterly workshops, an active community via Facebook and Viber, and other activities and outreach in support of the DMV special needs community. The meetings are to families with kids of all ages. While the kids play, the parents will have space to share our trials and tribulations, as well as our joys and triumphs in parenting our children with special needs.
